Spend an evening in one of the oldest restored homes in the Hernando County area… a beautiful Victorian mansion filled with the energies of a bygone era.
About the Rules (Terms and Conditions):
- Ghost tours are offered by Reservation Only on Friday & Saturday nights
- All reservation payments are through PayPal (credit or debit card)
- Participants must be at least 16 years’ old
- Hand-held devices are permitted, such as, Digital Recorders, Cameras & EMF meters. Anything you can hold in your hand is fine!
- The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 people

Individual Tours – Friday Nights Only $20 per person
The tour is two (2) hours 8:00 pm– 10:00 pm.
During the first hour a docent will take you through the house and tell you about actual evidence collected over the years. During the second hour you can revisit any area of the house and conduct your own investigation! A fun evening for a great cause.

Late Night Investigations – Saturday Nights Only $250 per Group of 10 people
The investigation is six (6) hours 8:00 pm to 2:00 am.
Your group must arrive by 8:00 pm to get a quick walk through the house, and then set up your equipment. Your group can investigate until 2:00 am. All equipment must be out of the house by 2:00 am. Maximum of 10 people in the building per tour.

1885 Train Depot
Spend an evening in the Brooksville 1885 Train Depot with the energies of past employees, passengers, and especially Mr Higginbotham, a lumber dealer, and Mr Hicks, a conductor, who fought a dual on the depot dock in 1906.
Late Night Investigations – Saturday Nights Only $100 per group of 10 people Dates will be announced
Your group must arrive by 8:00pm to get a quick tour of the depot and then set up your equipment. Your group can investigate until 2:00 am. All equipment must be out of the depot by 2:00 am. Maximum of 10 people in the building per tour.

Rescheduling Late Night Investigation Tour reservations
If for any reason you cannot make your confirmed reservation for an Investigation Tour, you have the option to change the date of your reservation. Your rescheduling request must be received no later than 3 weeks prior to your current reservation date.
Requests can be submitted by emailing GhostTours46@gmail.com Subject: Reservation Change Request, and providing the following information: Your full name, phone number, email address, current reservation date, reservation number, and requested new reservation date.
Late Night Investigation Tour cancellations
For exceptions to the non-refundable ticket policy, requests for a refund will be considered by the Ghost Tour Staff. You may request cancellation 3 weeks prior to your reservation date. Reservation cancellation requests will be determined by the Ghost Tour Staff. You will be encouraged to change the date of your reservation.
Requests can be submitted by emailing GhostTours46@gmail.com Subject: Reservation Cancellation Request, and providing the following information: Your full name, phone number, email address, current reservation date, reservation number, and circumstances of your request.
Ghost tours are not eligible for rescheduling or cancellation of the tour.
